What we collect
Contact and estimate forms: the name, phone, ZIP, and message you submit — delivered to the business you contacted (and to us when the form is on a TrueLine page).
Chat conversations:messages you send to an assistant are processed by AI providers to generate replies, and transcripts are logged so a human can follow up and audit quality. Don't share sensitive information in chat — a phone number and your question is all that's ever needed.
Payments: handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
What we don't do:no advertising trackers, no selling or renting data, no third-party analytics profiles. Sites we build are static and fast precisely because they aren't stuffed with surveillance scripts.
How it's used
To respond to you, deliver the service, and improve quality. Chat transcripts and leads are shared only with the business you contacted, the AI provider that generates replies, and the infrastructure that hosts the service (Vercel, Stripe, email delivery).
Retention and deletion
Leads and transcripts are retained while the related account is active or as long as needed to serve the inquiry. Email hello@truelinesites.com to request a copy or deletion of your data and we'll act on it within 30 days.
Cookies
TrueLine pages use no advertising cookies. Chat uses session storage in your browser so a conversation survives a page refresh; it never follows you anywhere else.
